About The Position
Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun and professional Student Success Manager to help administer our growing network of music schools offering online & in-home lessons in several cities across the US.
The Student Success Manager will engage with and get to know prospective students and families, connecting them with our fantastic teachers and coordinating their lesson schedules. This position is public-facing, so someone who enjoys talking to and connecting with students (both prospective and enrolled) would be a perfect fit.
The Student Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations, and will work in tandem with our schools’ Program Director, who will assist you in managing the schools by handling more of the “behind-the-scenes” work including teacher engagement, school-wide professional development & teacher training, marketing & social media, and systems development.

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job.

Job Type: Part-time (25-30 hours per week)
Pay: $13-15 per hour
