About the Position

Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional Piano Instructor to teach FULL-TIME (minimum of approximately 30-35 hours per week) at multiple locations in the Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Fremont, CA areas, with the possibility of travel to San Jose or Pleasanton schools. We are looking specifically for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in piano performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and education and will be in the range of $70,000-$80,000 per year. Benefits for full-time employees include company sponsored health insurance, paid time off (PTO) in conjunction with our schools' schedules and calendars, and a 401(K) program with employer matching is available after 90 days on the job.
